The delivery & pickup fee is $150 for events within 30 miles of our Queen Creek location. Additional fees for events further, that will be calculated in checkout.
We deliver as far as 200 miles from our queen creek location. There will be an additional delivery & pick up fee that will be calculated when you "checkout".
We generally pick up the day after the event, Unless it is a sunday as *we are closed sundays* and we will then pick up monday morning. If your event is at a venue and you need a late night pickup as soon as the event is over, there will be a $50 fee.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. If all of the items are available we can usually set up the day before the event with no additional fee. We will contact you no later than 2 days before your event you give you an estimated delivery window.
Click "More Info" on each item and you'll see the dimensions of the arches, tables, etc.
Yes! We do not have a storefront, however we store them in a personal warehouse so you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment to view our inventory.
Reserve AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! All our equipment is first come, first serve.
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. However, If you need to cancel your event, your deposit will still be credited to you for your next event.
Yes! You can always email us to add items to your order if they are still available. However, since we are "reserving" the items for you and marking them as "unavailable" to other clients, you cannot remove items once reserved.
Yes! Top Notch Rentals is a fully insured Arizona L.L.C. We will provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request.
Yes, our minimum order is $150. Keep in mind there will still be the $150 delivery and pick up fee on top of that.
Most of our items like our farm tables, dance floor, and decor items cannot be picked up as they require special assembly. You can send us an email and let us know what items you are wondering if you can pick up yourself.
Yes! I am always building and adding new and unique inventory, shoot me an email with some pictures and I can see what I can do!
You can get them all day. We usually even deliver them the evening before the event, and pickup the morning after (except sundays - we are closed sundays, and we would then pick up monday.)
No, there will be a 8.6% tax charge when you checkout.
